Because for who knows how long everyone and their dog will be starting a thread about HCT/MLI. And then threads will get deleted because there are so many on the same subject and then all of the NEW threads will be about how the message is getting censored by "DAVE'S" 
I really do feel sorry for all of those people getting screwed over.
Heck I guess I am one of them because *as of yet* I didn't get the 15% raise. Others it isn't about a "few dollars(15%)" but it is about their entire life here. So it is understandable they are posting with emotion. Having said that is there:
Any chance of limiting it to a few of the threads already started rather than hijacking the entire board? Probably not. I guess the response is if you don't like 'em don't read 'em.
