I'm off to Hong Kong next week and I'm wondering if there are companies in the airport arrival area that you can book discounted hotels with upon arrival? The ones in Bangkok are 24 hour and it would be sweet if they had something similiar, so I don't have to pre-book a hotel and commit myself if my plans change.

Also, if you can recommend a good 3/4* hotel with reasonable prices I'd appreciate it.
