I was at a Russian restaurant in Tokyo a couple days ago. The food was good.
I liked the Uzbek pilaf and the soup. And Baltika 3.
They had Baltika beer. On the menu I saw Baltika 0, and I wondered what that was. Turns out it is non-alcoholic. How long has that been around?
Russians drink non-alcoholic beer? Who knew? Surprised

I drink it some times. I'm not Russian, but I do know one who drinks non-alcoholic beer. And it's not at all difficult to find, so we must not be the only two who do.

I haven`t taught in Russia in years.
Back in the late 90s there was no non-alcohic beer from Russia.
I lived in Siberia, and can`t imagine Russians wanted no alcohol in their beer. How times change.
I spent a New Years in Bratsk, and the amount of vodka I saw consumed was frightening.
