				| Hi there,
I'm looking for some info on housing prices in Moscow and Irkutsk. If you have specific information on these two cities, I would like some advice. (On the other hand, I don't need to know about general housing prices in Russia.)

For an apartment (rent and utilites) I am looking at a $700 stipend for Moscow or a $300 stipend for Irkutsk. Can anyone give me an idea of how reasonable this is. What kind of place can I get on this money?

 Thanks in advance,

 Kira

				| I have a European "Remont" 2 room apartment with water heater (to avoid those 3 summer weeks with only cold water) at Octobryaskaya for $$650 a month.
Later I had a 2 room place (no water heater - just cold showers for 3 weeks) near Gorky Park for $450.

Generally the closer to the centre the more you pay in Moscow
