Im considering going back to school for a masters in TESOL, and would like to get a sense of what the current job situation is like. Are there any web sites out there that advertise jobs (in various countries) specifically geared towards people with this kind of degree?

I don't think they make web sites with specific qualifications in mind. Just try the usual recruitment sites. Try entering MA or Masters in the Search box.

Here are some that I've used:

TESOL's Job Finder -- http://www.vv-vv.com/tesol/R45975OR.cfm?A=search lets you search by job type, location, and required education

HigherEdJobs.com -- http://www.higheredjobs.com/

The Chronicle of Higher Education -- http://chronicle.com/search/jobs/

The latter two are for all kinds of higher ed jobs, not just ESL/EFL, but you'll find such positions there. I don't think you can search by required education but many of the jobs I've seen want a master's or better. At least you can look for the type of postion you want in your preferred location and see what kind of qualifications employers want.

No web site is comprehensive, of course, but these might give you a taste of what's out there right now. Figuring out what the market in a particular place will be like by the time you have the MA in hand will take more research than these sites can give you. Hope this helps as a start -- good luck.
