for those who've taught english in both countries, what are the big differences? how do the students compare? how do the japanese teachers and supervisors compare? curriculum? etc? |

I found the Korean students more talkative (not saying much however) and took more chances. I think they have less hangups about saving face than the J students.
Schools are generally run better in Japan and you can place a little more faith in them that they won't rip you off.
These are so much generalizations that you can't really say X is more than Y. |
