Thank you Mr. Sommers for ending my "confusion". From this perspective the institutes international accreditation is not of great concern. The primary concern for the vast majority of TESOL teachers on Taiwan is if their TESOL certificate is accepted by the government on Taiwan for a visa application using a 2 year degree and a TESOL certificate. If so, 75$ US is not an unreasonable price.
