My source:Associated Press article(off the NET) entitled as above,and datelined Wednesday,May 21,8:35 a.m. Eastern Time.If you have Yahoo,and want to read the whole article,first click on "House and Senate Reach Deal on $350 Billion Tax Cut."After that,click on the section "Taxes and the IRS"Among other selections,you can read the article above.From the article,it appears that the plan to tax Americans working overseas ran into some opposition in the House of Representatives,including opposition from some members of Bush's own party,and is now not part of the tax cut bill. |
