wear nice clothes, shave

ask questions but not dumb ones

look interested and enthusiastic

work with the other teachers, they are watching you carefully when they give you those five minutes tasks to complete

brush up on some grammar points, ie verb tenses before the test

they basically tell you what to do for the lesson on the third day so take good notes! youd be surprised how many people cant follow directions

thats all I have, oh yeah, maybe have a few cups of coffee

You have received a lot of advice here so you have a reasonable chance. Some 6 years ago I went through the same process in London with GEOS and got to day 3 of the "interview". I didn't make the cut, despite wearing a dark blue suit & white shirt with conservative tie, having tidy blond hair & blue eyes and an MA. I got a job with JET and now work full-time in a university.

The point to this reply? If GEOS don't hire you don't give up. Another company will, or you can apply for JET again. JET is a much better deal, and Nova and AEON are better than GEOS in some ways. It's not the end of the world. Honestly speaking, I thought GEOS were very tight and selfish in the way they approached the interviews in London. I wasn't impressed and am very glad I didn't have the choice of accepting a position with them. So, don't rule out other ways to Japan or even another country in the Far East.

Good luck...
