I worked there for several years. The basic organization is ok but the work atmosphere is bad. I can't really recommend it. It is better than unemployment however so I'd reserve it as a plan c,d,... |

I interviewed with them about 2 months ago. Their pay is about average. Your pay will be less during the probation period, which is between 3 and 6 months if memory serves me. Dress was professional. The place seemed kind of like a NOVA-wanna-be.
They said you could leave the school on your free periods though!
They will ask you to observe a lesson at the interview. After the lesson they will hand you a blank white piece of paper and ask you to write what you thought about the lesson. What they want you to write and how much, I don`t know. I didn`t get the job. |

do they hire overseas? Where in Kansai are they? What are the hours like? Is there lesson planning? |
