anyone been through this? we're going through an inspection next year, and have to get our documented plans up to snuff.

i've looked through their website, and it gives away very little about what's expected. our office has told us what we'll be expected to produce, but it's unrealistic and illogical, and doesn't line up with OFSTED expectations.

a. ever been through this? what did you have to produce, and what was the feeedback?

b. anyone ever called bac directly? i'd like to hear from the horses mouth, as my admin can be rather chaotic, but i don't want anyone getting in doodoo.
