I am flying out to BA in three weeks and will be looking to find an apartment and hopefully a roomate. I will most likely be taking the EBC course on May 30. I am looking to live in the Palermo area.
I am a 22/f, recent college grad from GWU (in Washington, DC).
Let me know if anyone has any advice, or knows of anyone looking for a roomate.

Joy,
I too am coming to BsAs. in about 3 weeks. I graduated from NCSU (North Carolina) last May and have been planning to move since then. I have read on earlier posts that a good way to find apartments is to check newspapers such as www.lanacion.com.ar or www.clarin.com.ar or buenas aires herald (in english). If you are still in school, try to network among your professors as they usually have lots of connections (especially at a school like GW). I actually found a place through a professor I had at college (see post "apartment prices-sky high". If your spanish is good, it seems from other posts that you will be able to figure something out...
