Hi ...I'm a backpacker and I've just got a tefl cert......I want to go to Japan do I need a degree and what's it like there? if I don't have one can I just teach?....I've travelled a lot , I've been to Thailand so I won't get culture shock I'm sure.

Celeste,you are probably right.Voodoochild is probably a troll(could this be another reincarnation of "doors"?).Well,maybe it isn't "doors,though since he is busy discussing prostitution on another thread.

This will come as a shock to some. If you are from the US of A, you need a PASSPORT to go to Japan.
