Julia,
to place three friends with the same employer is a little stiff though feasible if the employer is large enough, e.g. an university or college, in which case your pay will be below the top.
If you can change your three minds a little and go with different employers but in the same area the matter looks a lot easier to me.
I have been wooed by two different kindergartens, one of which wanting to hire at least two people. I am myself looking at finding a new deal and am relatively flexible. I also know of two schools - one in Jiangsu, one in LIaoning - that want to hire (and I have been in touch with them for some time; I am reluctant to accept either job because I have my own home in Guangdong).

So up to you to contact me or the previous poster!

I smell a cat. Ooops! I mean rat. Grammar mistakes and no one came down on them. Not very consistent, are we? I wonder if they are even native speakers.

Sorry, I'm a misogynist!

I agree with kimo. You'd think between the three of them, they could get a little more correctness with their grammar.

I doubt they are actually native English speakers.

And I suppose three people could be in three different places. How is Shijiazhuang spelt?

And sorry, kimo, I'm just a blonde. What's a misogynist?

CS, I suppose one difference is Julia and Co. didn't just arrive in China, expecting to fall into a job. That aside, I PM'd them on behalf of my school, which has been specifically advertising for ESL qualified females for the last 6 months, with next to no response. Why females? Well, we've had exclusively males here for the last two years, with several of those being spectacularly incompetent or dishonest, so time to try something else.
I get a bit annoyed when job ads. specify age groups: 20-50 is a popular one. Then citizens from certain English speaking countries ONLY are invited to apply; Irish and South Africans seem most excluded here, though sometimes anyone not North American is left out as well.
And then there's a photo request, which can only serve one purpose, again, to exclude.IE:
If you're non-white, don't bother.
On our Gilligan's Island you've got a better chance if you look like Ginger, rather than The Skipper,
and so on.
