It use to be good school, never great but ok. It was like 'a do drop in center' you worked there for a short time and you get hands on experience in your trade. Pay use to be a bit low, and the students where not the most bright. It use to be a cheap school.
All in all, an ok place for a fresh treacher to run through his skills and then move on.

If you are speaking about Kent English in Kadikoy it is a small but nice place As Calsimsek put it is a great place to get your TEFL career started. The people who work there are really nice. The DoS is great and will do a lot to help you in anyway she can, the other teachers, while maybe they have changed since I was there doing my TEFL are great and extremely helpful. The Director is great, he is a real stand up kind of a guy. As I mentioned before I did my TEFL there, they are part of a company called Via Lingua that give courses on TEFL so they are very professional and treat all people with respect, which is a lot more then I can say about a lot of language schools. I know nothing about pay, but I will tell you this, you will enjoy yourself there, great location, friendly staff, students are great so I believe it would be an enjoyable place to work at.

Thanks guys.

I've heard that they treat their teachers pretty well. But I didn't know if that was just the usual propoganda or not.

Regards,
Dude

Oh God I wish. There is no escape from TEFL when you are a longtermer. In the real world nobody would give you a job when you have years and years of TEFL on your CV.
