Is it true that the whole of the European side is out of water for the next 40 hours. So far I know it is true for those who live between Osmanbey and cihangir(myself included) And don't you guys on the Asian side get smug. |

some parts of the european side.... i live in şişli and last night i had shower, my wife did all the washing up and stored some water in the plastic bottles...kettle is full and we filled up my sons feeding bottle as well...
now it is 20:50 .....which means 28 hours left. |

water's back! yay! filled up the bottles and i'm ready for the next one. wouldn't it be nice if they warned us?
Which is worse, no water or no electricity? |

My bakalci warned me.
I woke up this morning thinking 'great I can I have a shower' Guess what electricity cut (kombi system) Still, at least I could flush the loo.
I think for that reason alone water cuts are worse than electricity cuts. |
