Hello to all again, I would like some information regarding getting a new Romanian passport, if anyone can help me i would be great full.

I was born in Romania my mom as well, but I am living in the Caribbean over 10 years now, and recently i found that the passport is expired a while now and I am trying to get a new one but there is no Romanian Embassy or consulate here, so could someone get a passport application for me or do I have to go and get it myself or can I do it from where i am living and what do I need?
