I have seen a few plaCes around the Roppongi and Shinjuku areas. Being more of a tango guy (when i dance at all), I never bothered noting the names.

There are a few places where you can take Salsa lessons, most of them are in Roppongi.

Try Salsa Sudada, that's regarded as the best salsa club in Tokyo....you could also try El Cafe Latino or Salsa Caribe.

I think most places have lessons around 7 pm or so, but you'd best ring them up and find out.

I usually go to Salsa Sudada though I have never taken lessons there.

lajzar: on THAT note... Do you know of any places where I can dance some Argentine tango? I'd love to have a live band (and yeah, I'd be MORE than happy to pay the admission price).... but canned music is OK too...

Anyone else know for that matter?

How about a decent club where we can dance some cumbia and merengue?

*Love latin music*
