| I need some help from anyone out there who has tried to get a visa to Japan from China. I will be working there starting in Aug, and I need to get my Working Visa at the Japanese Consulate in Shanghai. Trouble is, no information is in English and I don't know what special hoops I'll be expected to jump through. Any ideas or advice? Thanx |

You can start by looking at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website on visas.
http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html
You'll need to show that you qualify for the work visa, and have a sponsor for your visa, usually your employer.
Not sure what else I can tell you without you being more specific. |
