I need to call my insurance company to make a claim (damned pink eye) and I'm supposed to do it within 24 hours of visiting the medical centre. I'd like to call using my mobile phone but I have absolutely no idea how in the HELL I am supposed to contact the operator to make a collect call. I tried 0051 but apparently that is KDDI and so I guess i am not compatible since i have a vodafone. This is so damned frustrating. Why they just can't have one damned operator for everybody and have us dial "0" lilke everywhere else in the civilized world is beyond me.
Could anyone please shed a little light on this for me? |
