Pretty typical of a chain school in that you get the benefits of training, good hours etc. The only downside to the program in my opinion is that the positions are based upon monthly salaries. In my opinion teachers can earn more and have more flexibility working on hourly rates. There are some advantages to monthly salaries but I personally feel that the advantages are outweighed by the disadvantages.
