In renting a service apartment, would I be expected to sign on long term? Can I rent one on a month to month basis? Recommendations for serviced apartments would be appreciated.

Usually with the long stays...the longer you stay...the less you pay.

So you can pay month by month...and this is a great idea while you are looking for something else...but if you do you will pay more per month than the person who signs on for longer.
