Hi Everyone!
I am currently considering a position with American Language School with their head office in Chiba-ken. I am wondering if anyone has worked for them or heard any positive/negative aspects or experiences for working with the company. Any advice or comments would be greatly appreciated.

| I live in Chiba-ken and have talked with a couple of people who work for ALS. I haven't heard any complaints, and they seem reasonably happy there. |

Do searches on here and other ESL forums.
One thing is to determine if the school you'd work for is run directly by ALS or if it is a franchise school. The Franchise ones have had problems due to reasons related to the owners lack of English, management skills, and deviations from curriculum.
Just thoroughly check out the school itself first before you sign anything. |
