Hi all...planning on applying for the JET program come October or whenever the applications come out.
Just a quick question about the reference letters. I plan on getting a reference letter from the people I worked for in Korea, which I will write and they will just sign because their English isn't that good. Any chance that the JET people will give my references a call?

| JET requires the reference letters to be sealed by that persons signature on the enveloppe. You are not supposed to know what is in the reference letter. I don't know how that will work out. Are you in Korea now? |

| JET didn't contact either of my references. I have never heard of this happening, so you should be safe. |
