I am dying to come to Thailand, but unfortunately I have student loans, about $250 a month. I might be able to save up enough to cover them for six months while I come out and teach. My questions: Is it possible to obtain a six month contract in Thailand. Are they available? Are they legal to get a work permit? Im thinking of coming in January, is that a good time?
Thanks for any responses, because I think this might be the only way for me to afford going to Thailand without going to Korea first to save money.

Good day to you!

I've just found a useful website for you. It will answer many of your questions.

www.ajarn.com

It's very good for details about different language schools.

My best regards
Peter
