Hello,

I have the final personal interview with AEON coming up. I'm going to say I'd prefer to be in certain areas/cities, but was wondering how much they really take this into consideration.

any advice on ending up in the areas I would prefer (Japanese Alps, N. Honshu) or is it a large amount of luck?

They do take it into consideration, but there is also a certain amount of luck involved.

Describing the kind of place you would like will get you farther than naming a specific area. AEON doesn't have that many schools in the Jpn. Alsps, but you may get lucky. Northern Honshu seems pretty easy to get if they have a job for you.

I asked for a city of a half a million people near a sailing harbor or a ski resort. I got what a I wanted though Japanese and I had a different definition of near.
