Just to let you know what is in process here.
In order to reduce the chances of other teachers being cheated by this company.
1. US, Canadian, NZ, UK and Philippine Embassies have copies of the Report.
2. SAFEA in Beijing has copies of the report.
3. Copies are available for anyone requesting.
4. A Copy is being sent to the Education Dept and PSB in Huhot.
5. The Mayor's Department in Tongliao is still investigating the matter.
6. Various Associations and Media Orgs have expressed interest including
CHET. with the view to either assisting the abused teachers or publishing their stories.
7. Many of the relatives of the teachers have expressed interest in aiding the teachers from their home countries.
8. 23 Web sites have already written articles about this company and more should follow including the mentor list teflchina.
9. Some action is also being taken locally to protect students from this company.
I beleive that My English World Club have tried to report me to my Embassy - certainly the two Canadian managers that work for My English World Club have been reported to their Embassy.
E-mail addresses of past AND present teachers for this company are available. |
