Everybody is complaining about school.

We are a new group of language school, our offer is a lot better than EF and we still have problem to find teachers.

I'm an ex-EF, and know very well, that in any king of franchise business, you have bad and good franchise. It's up to the applicant to survay first.

If any one is looking for a good opportunity for the future, someone who want to stay more than 1 year...get it touch with me.

Yes...bulekampung....I understand what you are saying.......it must be the malcontents of the world love to come to Indonesia and just can't stand the fact that they have a stable work environment and a much greater standard of living than they could ever enjoy in their home country....just because they were born in an english speaking nation.

I am an ex-EF teacher as well. I can assure those job seekers at there that our langauge school is so much better than the EF that I worked for. Here we are well taken care of financially.....given a generous housing allowance.....not treated like college students.......have a great degree of independence and really the only thing that is expected of us is "professionalism". Unfortunately, it is in large demand and short supply in the dirty durian.

At my school or at least my sister school(s)..we have constant complaining.....grumbling about the most minor of details. One teacher was a coordinator of the english dept at his school, but he treated it as though his school was an autonomous business and that he could make decisions regarding discounts....prices for classes.....all without consulting our principle or even more importantly....the owner of our schools. Try pulling this stunt @ FE....see how well it flies there.

I just agree with you "bulekampung"...these people can get tehir act together....make their almost 11 million rups, have a few beers...go to Bali...party on the weekends...save $...do whatever they want to do....on their time......give their Indonesian girlfriends a quality of life that they probably have never had....or they can just keep on complaining and walk over to the 6.3 million rp a month at the EF 's of the world.

Stop your crying and suck it up and being an adult. If you want to be a baby...go teach in Central or South America......they will take care of your tears. Ha.

Seriously....I have enough environmental stres from the jealous Indonesia teachers at my school and enough abuse from the "bule, bule, bule" crowd on the street. Come on ex-pats....go to Jalan Jaksa....buy your mates a beer. get the knife out of their backs. Be so much more effectively if we could pull together for something positive....instead of banding together for something negative.

Please give it some thought.
