Does anyone know if it would be possible to find summer-only employment in Thailand? I'm starting a job as teaching high school foreign language in the states, and am looking for something to occupy my summer months (starting NEXT year). I have a Master degree in second language teaching, and I've previously worked as an EFL teacher in Japan, Taiwan, and Spain, so experience shouldn't be problematic. Airfare reimbursement for such a short time-period would be unlikely, I'm sure, but it would be welcome. University teaching would be great, but I'm open to anything.

Please let me know if you have ideas.

The dates would actually vary from year to year, but would probably be from the beginning/middle of June until the middle of August (typical US summer vacation). I know that the Thai academic year is different (starts in April, doesn't it), so this timing, and the sort amount of time (2 years) are pretty big drawbacks. On the plus side, I could probably commit to doing it every year (at least for the foreseeable future).

I know it's a long shot, but hey, it's worth a shot...
