Does anyone know if it would be possible to find summer-only employment in Japan? I'm starting a job as teaching high school foreign language in the states, and am looking for something to occupy my summer months (starting NEXT year). I have a Master degree in second language teaching, and I've previously worked as an EFL teacher in Japan (I speak pretty decent Japanese), Taiwan, and Spain, so experience shouldn't be problematic. Airfare reimbursement for such a short time-period would be unlikely, I'm sure, but it would be welcome. University teaching would be great, but I'm open to anything.
Please let me know if you have ideas.

| Not to deter you from your intentions to work in Japan over the summer, but have you thought of EFL teaching during the busy summer months at U.S. universities? |

Thanks, Glenski, for the info. Useful as always! It looks like this may remain a pipe dream. Not really unexpected, but disappointing nonetheless.
Moot- Yeah, I know I can look for work here in the states (there are even two colleges in my town). I'm just looking at the possiblity of doing something more exciting. I do want to go abroad again eventually, but at the moment, we need to stay in the states as my wife is trying to get citizenship...
Thanks guys,
