I was wondering if anyone knew the approximate pay scales and/or benefits (vacation, housing) that come with a university teaching job in Hong Kong?

It would all depend on what was meant by "a university teaching job". Salaries and benefits vary enormously depending on many factors. At the universities I have worked at in HK, salaries for bog standard language instructors have ranged between $20,000 and $45,000.
