Hi! Can anyone who's gone through the 6th month contract renewal meeting for AEON tell me what the conditions are like? If they don't offer you another contract, when do you have to leave? If they do offer you a renewal contract, what are the increments? And if you decide not to renew, how much longer can you work for them?

Any input would help me out a lot. I'm not sure about completing my contract. Thanks!

Hey,

I haven't gone through it but the other foreign teacher at my school has. You are expected to take on some extra responsibilities. You can renew for one month up to a year. If you don't renew for 3 months or more you don't get another renewal offer.
