There have been numerous rumors that an owner of a group of schools in Ho Chi Minh City is bringing Mexicans from Mexico to teach English in Vietnam for very low wages.
Can anyone provide more details to this?
I won't name the schools here, but at www.mekongesl.com Discussion Board there is a discussion regarding this in the "jobs" section.
