I sent my resume out yesterday and I was surprised to have already received so much interest already. English First has even told me to expect a contract soon and that they would want me to travel in June. Is it even possible to process the work visa in the KSA so fast?

I they send you the contract it is possible to process a work visa in the States in a week to ten days. What takes the time is the medical, but if you can spend a few days in Washington or New York you can find a doctor that does the Saudi medicals frequently and knows exactly what to do.

They may try to get you to start working on a visit visa which is technically illegal. It does have certain advantages, but you ought to know what you are going in for.
