Hi all,
Three of us have just arrived in Taiwan, Tainan to be more precise, and we are looking for SIM cards for our newly purchased cell phones. 7-11 no longer sells them, and it seems without both a passport (we have) AND an ARC card (we do not have yet), we cannot obtain a SIM card. Anyone have any ideas on how to get around this? Or have one they are looking to get rid of? Or know anyone who would like to get rid of theirs?
