Fellow teflers:

Have you noticed that the most popular adjective on the forum is:

cheap

cheap room, cheap wine, cheap hotel, cheap course etc.

Makes you glad to be a tefler.

It is very interesting. If your students are clever and interested more in learning English than passing tests, it can be a good teaching tool.

There used to be a good, free, online corpus with some teaching activities out of University of Hawaii (I think), but it appears they've taken away the free part....

Wow, Entrailicus-- thanks! That was really cool. I ran one of my short stories through the frequency analyzer and it came out like really bad poetry!

Cheers Entrailicus. Although not totally related It can be useful. If you suspect your students of plagarism type the sentence you suspect into www.dogpile.com. If they have done, dogpile will probably find it. Then you can fail them Twisted Evil
