I need an honest reply to the above. I have been offered a Job with the MCSAH, and not sure if I should take it. A lot of negative comments on the place, can anyone give me an up to date information on the way things are now.
The Housing accomodation, The teaching? What will I be teaching? The people and Management.

Put it this way, they fired 5 teachers last month, for no apparent reason. Horrible place to work. Director is real tyrant. I know people who've worked there in past, in fact I almost signed on myself. I was forewarned. DO NOT DO IT. ! Money may sound good, but not worth it in the end. Teachers are miserable, director is horrible...what's the use of having a "nice" place to live if one is totally miserable at their place of employment. You'd be spending lots of time at work too....split shifts! UGH! Enough said |
