These guys have started firing offers at me...just trying to find out if they are reliable?? anybody heard of them? the latest offer was in Changsa (I don't know much about it...been focusing on the southwest provinces..) in the Changsha Aeronautical Vocational and Technical College...pretty standard starting contract..16 hours, c4000, 8000 airfare and travel money (which I dont count on!) . Each offer comes with a brief synopsis of the school & a contract.
I could spend ages researching every school they show me...if someone can provide a shortcut I'd be grateful :)

This site might help.
It is not a full list of schools in China, but it is pretty comprehensive nonetheless. |

They are one of the larger agencies in China. I have worked with them in the past. They do recruit for many positions in the RMB 4,000 - RMB 4,500 range. If you work with them, you will sign two contracts -- one with them, and one with the school. I would encourage you to read these contracts very carefully. I found them very thorough and a little aggressive (but then I am a New Yorker so the aggressive bit came across as just rather Manhattan-like to me). They will try to negotiate a better salary if you push them. I found them quite good in the precontractual negotaiations. I said "no" to many items on the contract and then they went back and did the best they could. In the end, however, another agency came through with a much better, totally unexpected offer and I took it. |
