So I have been offered a position with BEST International Language School at 7000RMB/month with 25/hr/week working with days off not falling on the weekends. Is this good? And has anyone worked for them before? |

Sorry, I only know the Best school in Henan. I know nothing of your city.
On the face of it, 7,000 for 25 hours is not bad (see 5,800 in Beijing) provided they pay for everything you need. Language schools sometimes try to get you to accept shared accomodations, only have access to the one internet computer in the school, etc. Make sur things are clear in the contract. 7,000 will let you live well.
Personally, I think making 3,000 to 5,000 at a college for teaching 10-16 hours is a much better deal. If you make 4,000 for 14 hours, how much more per hour are you really making for the extra 11 hours. At colleges you always have the weekend off, plus Friday, quite often, or another day. No night classes. Better interaction with students, etc.Oh, much bettwer vacations.
Then if you want, teach extra on the side.
But I would say 7,000 for 25 hrs, with good accomodations provided, is a good deal in most places in China
