who actually sponsors what is called international english training center in beijing starting july 13 thru august 23 its a summer camp but the real sponsorship is unclear. is it tsinghua univ-dept of continuing education or a group that uses this name but has no real tsinghua connection- how do i find out? have you worked at this summer camp
