|
|
I will be arriving in Hanoi to look for work at the beginning of July and am hoping to make contact or get advice from any teachers already working there.
I am relatively new to teaching, but am serious about making a career of it. I recently completed a TESOL course at Queenland Uni (I'm an Aussie) and also have a BA in English from Sydney Uni.
I spent a week in Hanoi last year on holidays, so know a bit about the city. If things work out, I'd like to stay in Hanoi for at least 12-18mth.
Anyway, I've got my plane ticket and quit my job here in OZ. No turning back now! So, any help, advice, moral support, etc. would be much appreciated.

As mentioned on another thread - look up Damen at Language Link, an Aussie too, and a sterling fellow. Knows teaching well, and is very supportive of teachers. |
