I will be arriving in Hanoi to look for work at the beginning of July and am hoping to make contact or get advice from any teachers already working there.
I am relatively new to teaching, but am serious about making a career of it. I recently completed a TESOL course at Queenland Uni (I'm an Aussie) and also have a BA in English from Sydney Uni.
I spent a week in Hanoi last year on holidays, so know a bit about the city. If things work out, I'd like to stay in Hanoi for at least 12-18mth.
Anyway, I've got my plane ticket and quit my job here in OZ. No turning back now! So, any help, advice, moral support, etc. would be much appreciated.

| As mentioned on another thread - look up Damen at Language Link, an Aussie too, and a sterling fellow. Knows teaching well, and is very supportive of teachers. |
