BEWARE of this company.
Recently 11 teachers have left or been fired from this company.
This company, according to the local authorities, is working illegally.
They do not pay on time and often NEVER pay.
If you would like the e-mail address of past and present employess
please contact me.

Everything that was said here is true plus you can add

- They won't pay for your visa or get you a work visa. If you visa runs out, then you need to get a new one and pay for it.
- The pay is currently 2 months behind....and getting further and further away.
- At the end of my contract they screwed me out of $300 USD. Yes, I let them, I was afriad they were going to take more, so I just left.
-You get no teaching supplies, text books and your classes change from week to week so It is impossible to get any progress done with the kids.

gulam2,
You have already posted about this particular school and you are not saying anything new. We can easily read your last postings. There is no use posting again and again.

I second Babala's comments and want to add "move on"!

I think you've done you're job, as you might see it, so now make a fresh start somewhere else, put this episode behind you. Learn from it and look forward to bigger and better things.

Cheers

I will move on when they pay me the money the owe me.

For those interested look at

www.esljuction.com

Do a search " My English World Club" for esljunction

Some companies think that they can cheat and lie to number of teachers
and then a few months later it will all be forgotten.

There were 8 teachers complaing to the Board Room of the local Gov.
Most of them (not all) have left China now.
And to the Provincial Gov. in Huhot.

Remember you do not need to read my postings
If you don't like me warning teachers then please dont read my postings.
I unfortuneately have a DUTY.
Thank you for your consideration.

I dont think I mentioned this in previous posts.
The 8 teachers that were involved in the complaint to the local government about My English World Club wrote a lengthy report in Chinese and English. I would be happy to send any interested party a copy of that report. Persons in the Tongliao vicinity can obtain the report from the Mayor of the city.
Anyone wishing to confirm illegality of this company can phone the Mayors department of Tongliao City.
Anyone wishing to confirm Z visa status (a legal requirement to teach) can phone (they cannot give z visas) the Human Resuorces Department of Tongliao Government.
Ayone wishing to know the School Registration Number (Chinese Law)
to employ foreign experts.
can phone the SAFEA in Tongliao. (Not Registered) (also Beijing)

I would be pleased to provide further information.

It is a very good idea for any potential foreign teacher in China to read
SAFEA Guidelines (in English)
