If such a foreign national is tested to be HIV positive, the health agency of the central government shall be entitled to order him or her to leave the country. That person may petition a review only after he/she leaves the country.
If that foreign national refuses to take an HIV test, the health agency of the central government shall be entitled to order such person to leave the country. The regulations governing such petitions will be set up by the health agency of the central government.

Calling the government in Taiwan "occupational" is a Mainland slant that I, quite frankly, find not only misleading but disgusting.

Please note that most western countries require a yellow fever vaccine from people travelling from yellow fever countries -- which means most of South America. This includes the US and Canada.

Preventing the spread of infectious diseases is a good thing for a goverment to do, and I consider my right to not catch herpaids to be more important than my right to work wherever I please. When I taught in the mainland one of our teachers failed his HIV screen. He got deported sometime during that week -- and let his Chinese boyfriend of several months behind and quite possibly infected.

Please explain why you feel that way. It believe "occupational" is an accurate description of the current government of the Republic of China on Taiwan no matter what country you are from.
I can find no document or charter or decree that states Taiwan was ever nor is sovereign territory of the Republic of China.
Forthermore being reqired to have a vaccine for yellow fever is far different than being deported for contracting HIV on Taiwan.
A.
