I am fairly new to this job and its the first time that I am working on salary, so a lot of questions. I just switched from and hourly (accounting) job to an Office Mgr. Job. My salary stayed almost the same; only a couple of thousands more, but this company is much bigger and of course much more room for advancement. The perk is yearly bonus. Now, their last Office Mgr. got 2K after working there for a half a year and she wasnt all that great. They ended up letting her go. Who knows, if they like me and I do a good job, I may get more, but again who knows. So there may not be much of a perk, after all.
What are you recommendations? Work slower and stay longer just for the sake of it? LOL
Please tell me your thoughts or your experiences (what youve done in the past)?
Thanks in advance! |

What does this have to do with teaching? Did you go through the wrong door somewhere? |

Hey, Gordon...
I'm laughing outloud as I read this.
I also have no idea? |
