I had trouble finding one myself. The place I finally located was a copy shop that's on the main east-west road near whatever MRT stop it is that lets you get to the 101 building. It's on the south side of the street in about the middle of a row of shopfronts, has that blue Double A paper logo on the windows if I remember correctly. I spotted it from across the street, so if you get on the south side of the street and walk around you should be able to find it.

If you're near a big hotel you could ask the concierg, too. They usually don't mind answering questions for non-residents.
