I am trying to get a FM3 to teach ESL in Mexico as an independent teacher.

While I have other degrees, I do not have one that says "English Teacher", so the local immigration office will not give me the FM3.

I would like to find an on line course that I can take which will give me a paper that can be apostilled. I would prefer a school in the USA since I checked on a course from the UK and they wanted an additional $519.00 to apostille the certificate. That is more than the course!
