Hi,

I'm in Chicago, but will be leaving next month to teach in Guaymas. I need to take my apostillized (is that a word?) bachelor's and master's degree. ..oh, and my birth certificate. I'm sorry to say I know nothing about this process, although I know it's been discussed previously on this forum.

Can someone please tell me where to have this done. is it quick and painless?

Thanks for your help,
cshel

I had my diploma apostilled in Chicago last year at the Office of the Secretary of State, 17 North State, Room 1137. TN - 312-793-2556. I did not need my birth certificate apostilled--and I don't know why you would. But, you will need payment of $2.00/document.
