Hello! I am an experienced ESL teacher (10 years in the field plus my own little business with international students attending private boarding schools in the US). I have an MEd (concentration in English) an ESL teaching endorsement and a TESOL on-line certificate (finishing the business, medical English and hotel and tourism certificates now). Additionally, over the winter, I just completed a long project on oral fluency skills which I will be presenting at a state conference.

My new goals are to work more with adults in the workplace, and I am willing and able to travel overseas for contract work with various businesses (or to offer services to the many companies in the US that desperately need this service).

Here is my question: Do any of you know of any good links on the web that advertise for workplace and/or ESL specialists? Do you know of anyone involved in this type of ESL teaching? I'm less interested in teaching on-line courses than I am in face-to-face needs analysis, customizing services, and so on. Thanks for any information you can send my way. Hope to hear from some of you on this topic.
