There seems to be a shortage of native English-speaking teachers in Costa Rica. Many of the companies giving classes in businesses as well as universities and institutes seem to be having a hard time finding teachers.

Just wanted to put the word out that now would be a good time to be in or heading to Costa Rica to teach English. There have been a number of ads in the last few months in the local English Language paper, The Tico Times, soliciting teachers.

Feel free to contact me if you'd like more information on finding a job here in San Jose.

Katie
