Hi everyone,
Just wanted to share a tidbit for anyone who is coming with these qualifications. I've recently been in the process of getting my VISA and ARC. It was not at all as painful as I expected, and it was not as difficult as I expected to find work with these qualifications. I was literally working my first week here.
Anyway one thing that I haven't read until this point and one thing that my school was unaware of until we hit it was that if you have these qualifications and are applying for a work visa you will be asked for a transcript from your college that lists your courses and marks. Make sure you get it before you leave home or at least have a way for your college home to fax it to you.
Hope this helps! |

Good info.
I would like to suggest that anyone who has obtained a work permit with an associates degree and TESOL let us know which institutions they gained these from. It might prove helpful to get an idea of which institutions the government accepts as being accredited. |
